If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. receiving a damaged or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable and reliable shipping method.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Please note: Custom-made products are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
