Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern purchases from emiliaruohonen.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the purchase.

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance. You’ll receive an acknowledgment email after placing an order, but this does not confirm acceptance. A contract is formed once your order is dispatched and you receive a shipping confirmation.

Pricing and Payment

Prices shown are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping. The final total will be calculated during checkout. By providing your payment information, you confirm you have the legal right to use it.

Shipping and Delivery

We do our best to ship orders within the estimated timeframe. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including carriers or customs. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Returns and Refunds

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after inspecting the returned item.

Please note: Custom-made or personalized items are not returnable, except in cases of defect or damage.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and imagery. However, colors may appear differently on screens. Please reach out if you need clarification before purchasing.

Intellectual Property

All content and product designs are the property of Atelier Emilia. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Atelier Emilia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Finland.
